Refund Policy
The following Refund Policy applies to all divisions
managed and operated by 2KSquared.

This includes 2KLive, Koru Kreations and Krazy Kreation.

Once a project has been completed in full according to the initial agreement,
NO refunds are given. If the client wishes to terminate the Terms & Conditions the deposit will NOT be refunded. Refunds for shipping and printing are not given.

NO refunds, copies, exchanges or reprints are given after the final product or service has gone to print or a site has been uploaded. 2KSquared does not offer any satisfaction guarantee on our tangible products. However, we will do our best to ensure that our clients concerns are handled in a professional manner. We are not liable or under any obligation to compensate any damages through shipping and handling.
